Content & takedown policy

Draft for review. This text has not yet been checked by a lawyer and must be reviewed before Knowledge Atlas accepts payments or public content.
Knowledge Atlas hosts question banks written by teachers and coaching centres. This page explains what may be uploaded and how we handle complaints.
For creators
- Upload only questions you wrote, or that you have written permission to use. You keep your rights; you give us a licence to host and display them to the people you choose.
- Do not copy guidebooks, textbooks, other apps, websites or coaching centres’ material, even reworded.
- Mark a question as “previous year” only if you have checked it against the actual paper.
- Publishing a bank to the library requires a declaration that you own it or may publish it. We record when and by whom that declaration was made.
- Knowledge Atlas does not edit creators’ questions. We may hide, suspend or remove content that breaks this policy.
Reporting
Use the “Report” link on any bank or question, or write to labsbdtech@gmail.com. For copyright, tell us what the original work is, where it appears, and how you are its owner or authorised to act for them.
What happens next
- Copyright claims take a public bank out of the library immediately while we review. The creator’s own classes can keep using it during the review.
- We review reports promptly and either restore the bank, ask the creator to fix it, or suspend it. Every decision is logged.
- Creators who repeatedly upload copied work lose access to the platform.
- Wrong answers and typos are sent to the creator to correct.
